Brush Up Utah was created to make dental hygiene more accessible across our community. We provide essential items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and floss to individuals and families who need them most.
In Utah, many people struggle to afford basic hygiene products. Our goal is to help close that gap by organizing volunteer events, assembling hygiene kits, and distributing them to local shelters and community centers.
We believe small things like a toothbrush can make a big difference. As we grow, we’re focused on reaching more people and continuing to support our community in a simple, meaningful way.

The Founders
Rantic Ishhanov
President
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Rantic Ishhanov is a dedicated student at the University of Utah, majoring in psychology with a minor in chemistry. As a certified dental assistant & pharmacy technician, Rantic combines his passion for oral health with a commitment to helping underserved communities. He founded this organization to make dental hygiene products and education more accessible to those in need and plans to continue his journey by pursuing dental school in the near future.
Vice President
Meera Hawatmeh
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Meera Hawatmeh is the dedicated Vice President of Brush Up Utah, bringing compassion, leadership, and a strong commitment to service in everything she does. She currently works as a pharmacy technician at the University of Utah Hospital, where she gains valuable hands-on clinical experience and continues to deepen her passion for patient care. Meera is a nursing student at Roseman University of Health Sciences and is on track to graduate in 2027. Her dedication to healthcare is reflected in both her academic journey and her involvement in community outreach. With a clear vision for her future, she aspires to earn her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and make a meaningful, lasting impact in the field she is truly passionate about.
